Meet the baker, Kelsey! Kelsey is the owner and baker behind The Bake Haus. Since childhood, Kelsey has had an affinity for baking and being in the kitchen. Treating family and friends to her cookies, treats, and breads  became a mainstay during holidays and special events. After a decade of refining her techniques and recipes, Kelsey began selling locally through social media and officially launched her micro bakery, The Bake Haus, in April of 2024. When Kelsey is not baking, she serves as a beloved elementary teacher.  She is also a proud wife and mother to two growing and bustling children.

 

The Bake Haus is a Cottage Food micro bakery located and operated in Carver, Minnesota,  specializing in sweet treats, such as gourmet cookies, as well artisan breads, and naturally leavened sourdough bread.
